How long does burnout recovery take?

It varies enormously depending on how severe the burnout is and how much of your life needs to change. Most people notice meaningful improvement within 4–8 weeks of focused coaching, though full recovery from severe burnout often takes 3–6 months.

I can't take time off, can I still work on burnout?
