Stress management tends to focus on coping techniques. Stress coaching goes deeper, addressing the underlying patterns, beliefs, and structures that keep creating stress. Both coping and change are addressed.

Can you reduce stress without changing your job or circumstances?

Often yes. A significant portion of chronic stress is driven by internal patterns: perfectionism, catastrophising, inability to delegate, difficulty with boundaries. Changing those changes the stress experience even when circumstances stay the same.

When should chronic stress be treated medically?
